    Online Poll results, What social website do you visit most?

    2011 is here and a new year means lots of new projects for us to get our teeth into at the office!!!

    So what is in store for us this year? Well, we have seen a huge increase in enquiries is for the SharePoint platform. It appears that everyone is starting to realise the potential advantages of using online collaboration software within their organisation, and people are turning to companies like ours to help design and implement their ideal SharePoint solution.

    Online collaboration software is growing more and more popular. 2010 looks to be the year of SharePoint and in particular Hosted SharePoint solutions.  Bespoke software companies like our own can help implement such applications within the workplace, but why would you use SharePoint and is it a cost effective way of improving your business?

    May's online poll was an interesting one. We wanted to try and find out just what is the CMS of choice for our customers and general visitors of the website.

    The staff at Micar software managed to escape the office for  a day out in the countryside, thanks to an invite from one of our existing clients.

    This particular client would probably not be the first business that comes to mind when you think about bespoke software development but it is amazing just how varied our client base is today, compared to fifteen years ago.
